Day Three:  Monday, January 3rd

This photo marks the beginning of Ava’s official career as a soccer player.  Now that she is 4, and we have already decided we are not going to have another gymnast in the family, it is time to try other things.  She seems to have an affinity for the soccer ball, as well as tutu’s and twirling!  We decided we would rather have a soccer player than a dancer so we are trying out soccer first.  If soccer doesn’t seem to be her thing, then we will move on and try dance.  She was excited to put on her shin guards, soccer socks, and cleats.  So off to TSE went her and daddy for her first go at soccer.  She loved it and is looking forward to going again next week!  Only time will tell if soccer is the sport for her.

Day Four: Tuesday, January 4th

This is our “drenched rat” Oscar.  Both he and Muffin hate being groomed and getting baths.  I could not help but laugh at how pathetic he looks trying to escape out of the wash basin so I can’t torture him anymore!
