Honey Glazed Baked Chicken
Serving Size: 6 adult sized portions of 1 chicken breast per adult
Ingredients:
3lbs. of boneless, skinless chicken breast
For Sauce:
2/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
2/3 cup honey
4 Tablespoon yellow mustard
2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon curry powder
Directions:
Preheat over to 350 degrees
Arrange chicken pieces in a shallow baking pan. Combine ingredients for sauce and pour over the chicken.
Bake for 60-75 minutes, basting every 15 minutes until chicken is tender and nicely glazed and browned.
Serve over rice.

Lisa, thank you! I am not much for cooking, not that I can’t but I just don’t love it so my recipes to share are few and far between. I do enjoy seeing what everyone else is cooking up and I hope to share more when I have the opportunity. (Stuffed Peppers is in the works next!)
