It’s the Little Things Thursday
LIVE LIKE THE CHILD
Live like the child in the present.
Cherish each moment somehow!
Glory in life as it passes,
… Hold and delight in the now.
Walk in the light of the present.
Live every moment as last,
Dimmed not by the rays of the future,
Nor clouded by shades of the past.
Live like the child – live now!

You’re right! I love this! That has to be one of the best things about your husband…he knows how to have fun and “live like the child” and that’s why my boys LOVE him! Thank you to both of you for sharing your fun with me and my boys! We <3 you!

Yep!!!! That’s my son-in-law. A kid that never grew up AND that’s not necessarily a bad thing. I checked out Raising Godly Girls and they are adorable. The pumpkins they made were awesome. Touching more as a family is putting priorities where it truly matters and will have value and lasting affects. It’s not the things we give our children but the time spent as a family doing things together that they will remember and cherish.

The following is a comment thread on Facebook in response to this blog posting:
Susan Ryan-Kron: I think he and Uncle Henry have the right idea…wish I could be more like them sometimes 🙂
Heidi Ciravola: Me too Sue, me too! 🙂
Ingrid Kron: They allow themselves such great freedom to just “BE”
Henry Kron:
So three strangethings have happened recently:
1) someone asked if I was 50
2) someone asked me to reach a top shelf
3) and this is a biggee…Sue said “…wish I could be more like them sometimes :-)”
…Must be a Halloween prank.
