I must express that I think of Peter often. Especially on fishy Fridays (he would call ahead of time and and ask “What’s on the list, I know Heidi has a list”) and of course Peter would show up with extra goodies too, birthday celebrations, work projects at Heidi and Joey’s house (Peter loved to watch), special holidays, going to the Train Station, camping, whenever I hear the words “computer fest”,etc. The loss of Peter in our lives still seems surreal. We will never get over missing him. I still remember how much Peter was looking forward to Toni having the opportunity to harass him at his 65th birthday party bash because he had sooooo much fun teasing Toni when he turned 65. Upon first meeting Toni and I, Peter was not too fond of us. I’m certain he ended up loving and appreciating us just as much as we did him.
