Thanksgiving Thankfuls
Today I am thankful for an opening gymnastics competition gone well. Our Victors Gymnastics teams had our first competition of this season – Judge’s Cup- and we are all so pleased with a job well done by all our girls! We had 15 individual champions; 113 medal winners in total and a second place finish for our Compulsory Team (Levels 4-6).

I am thankful that my daughter didn’t hurt herself when she lost her grip and crashed on to the low bar at the meet yesterday. Still have nightmares seeing her fly through the air like that. I suppose this is just the beginning of these types of accidents we’ll see as the girls continue to go up in levels. . .

I was going to put that in my thankful but thought I wouldn’t rehash it for everyone. 🙁 I still have goosebumps now! We were so worried for her. It takes some real guts to get right back on the bars after that!

Judy, she definitely gave us all a scare! So glad she wasn’t seriously hurt. How is she today? Kudos to her for getting right back up there!
