I ♥ Faces – “We ♥ Kisses”
I ♥ Faces weekly challenge is “We ♥ Kisses”. I don’t know about all of you reading this, but it seems to me if you have kids in your house, you can find pictures of them kissing someone! So I am digging back into the archives for a few flash back “kissing” pictures.
This next photo is the first one I thought of when I saw Shana’s I ♥ Faces post of “We ♥ Kisses”. As Shana and I were talking about this post earlier in the week she made a comment about how she had wondered what I did to get such great shots of my children all the time. This photo is an example of something that just happened. I did not want them to kiss, I wanted them sitting and smiling so we could see their faces. Not to any surprise of my own, Jayden would not cooperate. The only way I got him still long enough to take a picture was to get him to “Kiss Chloe”! Who knew the shot would be such a success!

Your description didn’t do that photo justice – it is SO much cuter than I imagined! Your flashback posts inspire me to dig back through my old photos…I love the walk down memory lane! And what better photos to see for V-day than smoochy faces!

These tender, loving, kissy photos capture sweet, priceless moments in our lives. They so remind me of the picture of Heidi in pink rollers kissing me. These are the days when your child loves you and looks up to you idolizing you as their parent. It is these moments that a parent needs to hold on to through the rebellious teenage years; praying for the relationship to come full circle.
