I have been doing a lot of thinking about creative ways to include the NaBloPoMo websites theme of “Ties” during my month of blogging.  Today I would like to start with an obvious one, but one that has meaning in our house.  Actual neck ties are worn by Joey for work on a daily basis.  So naturally they have become an easy gift for the kids to give him throughout the years.  The problem with this is that if he doesn’t wear each one on a regular basis, the kids notice and get on his case about it!

To start off the first of a few “Neck Tie” posts, I think I will choose the many varied Christmas ties Joey has collected throughout the years.  The latest one being the bright green one with the Santa on the bottom.  Jayden saw it and had to buy it for Daddy!  It even plays Jingle Bells ( a little too loudly I might add) when you push the button on the bottom!  Needless to say I think Joey was relieved to not have to wear this one until next year!
